Korean Kimchi Fried Rice
Kimchi, a very very popular side dish in Korea, is used to eat with all sorts of foods. Koreans, like almost 99.9% of them have kimchi in their fridges. So a person decided to explore and fry the kimchi. Of course, it tasted very delicious. By adding rice, kimchi, meat, other spices, and vegetables, the person made a delicious dish called Kimchi Fried Rice. This is a dish that a lot of Koreans eat because it’s very convenient for them to make. They have rice, kimchi, maybe some meat, and a kitchen with a stove, then boom. Kimchi Fried Rice.
It is very spicy, with a sweet taste to it. Kimchi, as mentioned before goes is eaten with so many dishes in Korean culture. So therefore, it has very familiar taste to Koreans.
Since this is a very popular and well known dish in Korea, they pack it as dinner quite often. It has a significant meaning towards Korean culture because of kimchi. Kimchi is used in everyday lives. Korea was not always an economically tranquil country. However, this shows that anyone from any class has the privilege of enjoying this life-changing dish.

Recipe
Time: 15-20 minutes
Yield: 1-2 plates
Ingredients:
Cooking oil
1 1/2 cup of kimchi
1/2 cup of spam (diced)
2 cups rice
Instructions:
First, get a frying pan and put some cooking oil on it. Make sure the oil is nice and well spread out.
Then, when the frying pan is heated up, gently add one and a half cup of kimchi. Stir until the kimchi changes color from red to yellowish white.
After that, add a half a cup of diced spam. Stir and make sure the meat is nicely cooked.
Next, add two cups of rice and stir.
